Returns & Deliveries


When you place your order online, your purchase can be returned within 30 days of the sale, as long your items meet the following guidelines: 

* There are no visible signs of wear and tear; flip flops must be unworn.

* The flip flops are returned with the original tags & drawstring bag.  (In the original shipping packaging when possible)

 

Jabulayo will fully refund the cost of the products noted on your packing list returned if they abide by these guidelines.
(Please note your original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.)


Allow a minimum 4-5 days for your return to arrive at our end.

Once we receive your return and preform our inspection, Jabulayo will issue a refund in the amount you paid for your returned flip flops, back to your original form of payment.

Allow 2-4 weeks to process your return, from the time you ship your return. Keep in mind the refund processing time may differ depending on your financial institution.

 


Did You get the wrong Size, Style or Color?


If your order has arrived and your flip flops seem to be off from your size, the style is wrong, or the colour isn't the one you picked, please let us know through Customer Service via e-mail.

However, if you do feel like you've received the wrong size, make sure to try on your Jabulayos to be sure the flip flops you received really are the wrong size.

Jabulayos flip flops are currently displayed CAN/US sizing in Men's & Women's.

You will find a size chart on each item page for clarification.

 

Are Your Flip Flops out of order before your journey has begun?


If you have received damaged or defective product upon the arrival of your order please contact us through our Customer Service email.

This does not include normal wear and tear or damages made by improper fit, customizations or misuse of your flip flops.


Having problems with flip flops you didnt purchase directly through www.jabulayo.ca

We can only accept returns for purchases made through www.jabulayo.ca.

If you made a purchase somewhere other than online and have questions, reach out to the original location of your purchase. 

All purchases made at tradeshows are final sale.
